Marush by the Beach — Kalim

This is the Marush people photograph first: an open dining room where the window frames turquoise water, long-tail boats and the green hills of Kalim. Tables sit close enough to the sea that lunch comes with salt air, and dinner with the sound of the tide.

The kitchen leans into the setting — kilo platters of charcoal shrimp, whole sea bass from the grill, and the full Lebanese table of mezze and mixed BBQ. Come before sunset, stay for the candlelit hours; the terrace holds both moods until two in the morning.
