From Beirut to the Beach
Marush was born from a love of Lebanese hospitality — the kind where the table is always full and every guest leaves like family. We brought those flavours and that warmth to the island of Phuket, pairing the recipes of home with the turquoise calm of the Andaman Sea.

Cooked the Honest Way
Our chefs grill over real charcoal, slow-cook mansaf and mandi, fold fresh kubbeh by hand and fire pizzas to order. We use quality halal ingredients and time-honoured techniques, because the best food can't be rushed.
